We are sorry to report the death of Marjorie Forsyth, widow of the Rev. Chiron Forsyth, on June 2, 2010. She had moved away from the New York area some years ago to be closer to her children. She returns to New York, and to the parish her late husband served for over five decades, and from which he was buried ten years ago. A viewing will take place at Benta’s (630 St Nicholas Ave and 145th St) on June 25 between 4 and 6 pm. The funeral will be at the Church of the Crucifixion on Saturday June 26 at 10 a.m. The church is at 459 W 149th St. in Harlem.
