Long-time member of St James choir Rita Douglas died earlier this week. There will be a viewing at Ortiz Funeral Home at 2580 Grand Concourse on Friday August 7 2009 from 3 to 9 pm. The Funeral Liturgy will take place Saturday August 8 at 9:30 am.
She will be much missed not only by the choir but all the members of the church who were close friends and companions in good times and bad. May she rest in peace.
