Fiona Phillips — Rest in Peace

We are sorry to report the death of Fiona Phillips this last weekend in a car accident. This is the second death to an automobile accident this quarter, and it is a sadness to have to report this once again.

There will be a viewing at Ortiz Funeral home on the Grand Concourse at 192nd Street, on Tuesday August 26 from 5-9 p.m., and the funeral will take place on Wednesday August 27 at Saint James Church at 10 a.m., followed by the burial at Woodlawn Cemetery.
